WHO WE ARE
PiM is a movement born thanks to a simple reflection, the future is measured with the past. The need to found an innovative cultural movement is justified by the specific aim of protecting the principle of our children's parenting. On one hand the law 54/2006, revolutionary but "weak", on the other a judiciary refractory to cultural change, lazy and deaf on what introduced by the norm. The effects of this mix, like a domino, have repercussions at any social level, giving rise to a real emergency. Even if the current orientation is for a shared custody, in fact nothing has changed compared to the previous priority / exclusive one which since 2006 has been masked with the prevalent placement with one of the two parents. In 97% of cases, the placement of minor children is precisely with mothers who are obliged to pay a maintenance allowance established on their father's income and time for children to attend. It goes without saying that these two conditions make it impossible to maintain the youngest child directly. A demeaning spiral where children are observed growing up deprived of a parent, very often of dads. Unequal judicial decisions feed and enhance a parental conflict that inevitably spills over onto the children, the only asset to protect and protect. The subsequent activations of the Social Services and of the Judicial Authority, pour in on the Treasury to a not insignificant extent, feeding a real and proper business without limits on crumbling and family pain. The time has come, after 13 years of judicial disasters and non-refundable expenses, which have only aggravated the situation, to modify and contextualize the norm, freeing it from interpretations that are too often based on the free conviction of the Magistrates. The decisions must safeguard only the minor children through a clear redistribution of the rights and duties towards the parents to the extent of 50% each or at least adapting them to the needs of the children themselves. As parents, we have a duty to make "big-parenting" concrete, to transform it from a simple and devalued abstract concept to effective and concrete action at any social level, placing quality above the quantity of time dedicated to children.
